In order to make your stay unforgettable, we remind you below of some elements of our rental contract.

The rules of procedure and explanations relating to the use of the equipment are provided to you at the entrance of the premises. A digital welcome booklet will remind you of these different elements.

We, the owners, live on the first floor of the Villa and will ensure that your well-being and tranquility are respected. We are at your entire disposal throughout your stay with us.

Payments accepted

Credit/Debit card, Bank transfer, Cash (depending on the reservation date)

Advance payment

40% at the time of the booking

+60% of deposit at the time of arrival (cash)

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 250€ will be asked for each accommodation

Cancellation

You will be refunded the advance payments made, if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before arrival, minus a flat rate of € 75 for administrative costs.

- Arrival possible between 3 pm and 10 pm

- Departure before 12:00 pmHand delivery of keys on site

Smoking is not allowed in certain areas

It is forbidden to smoke inside, as well as near the swimming pool (because of the synthetic grass).

Pets

Pets are allowed upon request and with the owners' prior agreement. Please do not feed the local animals

Children

Children under 8 are not allowed (swimming pool, many stairs, etc).

Babies are allowed

Swimming pool

Access to the swimming pool remains the full and entire responsibility of the users in all circumstances.

Noise

No noise after 10 pm, except after agreement of the owners
